Four week residential plan

The Plumeria consists of three, four, or five bedroom apartments which share a common bathroom and full kitchen (stovetop & microwave). Each apartment is shared by 2-4 housemates. Each privately-locked bedroom is rented separately.

The price depends upon length of stay and the level of service in the room, such as: number of housemates, cable television or a small in-room refrigerator.

All utilities included, weekly housekeeping service of bathroom and kitchen, free wi-fi, on site laundry, outside smoking only.

  • For stays of 1-3 weeks, please see the Short Term: Weekly page.
  • For stays of 4 weeks (trial period, with intent to extend if suitable):
    The private bedrooms range in price from $165.00 per week for a single to $210 per week for a double (or $250 for a "studio") for rentals of 4 weeks. Plus the applicable State taxes are charged.

Security Deposit

  • For our four week plan: $500 deposit

If you check out during office hours, we refund your security account balance immediately so you have your funds available.

We do not handle walk-ins. We are a small establishment and plan our arrivals. You are welcome to stop by and check us out before reserving.

Check In Times

Being small, we have limited hours to check in. We do not have the staffing levels of a hotel or hostel, so please plan to arrive during these hours.

Monday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm

(Check in outside office hours and on Sunday, by appointment, for $10 check-in fee)

General Information for Long Term Room Rentals

Residential rooms require an application (work and rental history verification) and an interview for placement with the appropriate housemates. The application process generally CAN NOT be completed until you are on island (so you may want to consider a week minimum in our short-term rooms).

Plumeria's location is very convenient. We are on Piikoi, between King and Beretania Streets. The Bus routes 1, 2 & 13 pass near us every 10 minutes or so. Two supermarkets (Safeway & Times) are within a block of us; and Walmart is three blocks away. Ala Moana Beach Park is 0.7 mile down Piikoi St. You can find a map and directions on our “ Map” pages.
